Terms of Service
These terms describe the basic rules for using Proxima services and the game.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, visiting the game, or purchasing from the Proxima Store, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement in your country.
Accounts and security
Keep your login details private and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Fair play
Do not use cheats, exploits, automation, or tools that disrupt other players. By using the Proxima Client, you acknowledge that Proxima is secured by an anti-cheat system running constantly from the launch to the closure of the client, and that any form of cheating or hacking tool will result in a permanent ban of your hardware, IP address, and linked accounts.
Store purchases and digital goods
All Proxima Store purchases are for virtual digital goods only, including Nova balance, store packs, and Premium subscriptions. Goods are credited to your account immediately after PayPal confirms payment.
- There is no physical shipment. Delivery is entirely digital and may be consumed in-game immediately.
- Digital goods are final sale and are not refundable after delivery, except where a refund is required by applicable law or approved by Proxima support.
- Unapproved PayPal disputes, chargebacks, or refund claims may be contested using payment history, delivery logs, and account activity.
- An account may be suspended or permanently banned when a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, and may remain restricted until the case is withdrawn or resolved in Proxima's favor.
- PayPal buyer protection for intangible digital goods may not apply once delivery and account consumption are documented. Contact support before opening a PayPal case if you believe a payment was made in error.

Community content
Keep usernames, chat, and other contributions respectful and lawful.
Fair play and conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, harass others, impersonate staff, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access.
Content and privacy
Only submit content you have the right to use. Do not share personal, unlawful, abusive, hateful, or deceptive material. Proxima may moderate content needed to protect players and the service.
Changes and termination
Proxima is an evolving service. Features, balances, events, prices, and availability may change. Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, security, legal, or operational reasons.
